RE: [Philmont]: trail junction

Here is a common rule when traveling in a large group and it comes to a fork in the road/crossroad and you have jackrabbits... At anytime you come to this point while in travel, wait for the rest of your group to catch up, regroup, verify your location (maybe you are all lost...) and then move on again...

Well, it was the adult leader hiking with the "jackrabbits" that directed
the group down the wrong fork. The scouts had actually picked the correct
way to go, but this guy had a GPS and insisted they go his way. Our scouts
haven't been too interested in GPS technology since then.......
