Legal issues aside, it's always a shame to see crews that come all the way
to Philmont and then can't seem to function. My guess would be that crews
that don't feel staying together is important probably have a lot of
difficulty all around in getting through their trek. Without being
judgmental, does anyone have personal experience with Philmont's ways of
trying to help "problem crews"?
