[Philmont]: First Aid / CPR Training

The Philmont Guide indicates that at least one member of the crew needs
to be current in First Aid and CPR. Coop's Advisor's Guide indicates
that the Red Cross Wilderness First Aid course satisfies this
requirement. Two issues:

1. Does the Philmont requirement encompass two different
certifications - a first aid certification and a CPR certification (many
first aid courses do not include full CPR training)?

2. If so, does the Red Cross Wilderness First Aid course satisfy both
requirements (although time is spent discussing CPR, a separate CPR
certification is NOT issued)?
