RE: [Philmont]: towels?

IMHO, a Packtowl or similar product is well worth the money. It's light,
compactible, and dries quickly hanging from your backpack as you hike. I
don't think the hand towel size is big enough to get you comfortably dry.
I'd go one size larger.
