[Philmont]: 2005 Info

The 2005 Council & Unit Planning Guide plus financial statements, etc.
arrived today via USPS (metered at Philmont on May 7). Haven't had time
to look through the material but it looks like the normal pkg of "stuff"
that goes out in the initial mailing.
