I have used this product on several Alonzo Stagg hikes (50 miles in 20
hours). Primarily to help lubricate toes and other friction points on
my feet. FWIW, it seems good for about 35 miles, after which it doesn't
seem all that effective anymore, even with repeated applications. It is
kind of a solid ointment, and my experience is that it will somewhat
stain clothing. I'm dubious about its utility in my - ahem - "private"
zone. It would be good for pack abrasion on shoulders and hips.
There is a similar ointment product - HydroPel - which many runners use.
My thoughts on this mirror Body-Glide.
Going caving in 2 hours - seey'all.
