The first ingredient in Tabasco is vinager. Anything that can grow in a bath
of vinager and cayanne peppers is pretty impressive. I have never
refrigerated a bottle of tabasco, and have never had one go bad on me.
Nor can I find advice on the bottle to refrigerate after opening.

I'm sure it will be fine unrefrigerated.
