RE: [Philmont]: # of tents in a crew

I have another tent question.
We have 8 scouts and 4 adults but one related adult and scout want to tent
together. So we were planning to take 2 4-man eurekas to use for two sets of
3 (3 adults in one, 3 scouts in the other). So we would only have 5 tents.

However, I saw in the Guidebook to Adventure that Philmont says two people
in a tent, and 1 if there is an odd number.

Will they let us do 3?

Thanks,
Scott Sibley
