What a wonderful teaching opportunith for your crew!!!! Instead of looking
for profiles already made, why not make your own? I would wager to bet that
most scouts and a good many advisors have never really taken the time to
construct a trail profile. It's not that hard and will definitely get your folks
more in tune with their trek. Do the route for each day. Mark trail
intersections, water sources, staffed and unstaffed camps, and special sites. I
guarantee that your crew will be better at understanding a map if they take this
challenge.
