Bob,
On one of our treks with a coed Venturing Crew, we had 5 boys and 5 girls.
We used our own 2 man tents...3 for the boys and 3 for the girls. Each
night we had one boy and one girl in a tent by themselves. I had the tent
mates rotate where the odd man (and girl) was different each night. This
gave everyone their "own space" at least once during our trek. One of our
girls did not want to sleep alone so we dropped her from the rotation. The
remainder of the crew enjoyed having the night of solitude.
