Folks

Philmont continually changes their backcountry protocols based on a formal
review of the previous summer as well as advances in backcountry gear. I
remember the days of using the HTH tabs in large pots of boiling water for cleanup.
Go with the flow. Read the material that is sent from Philmont. If you
can't stand not knowing why or have a question you feel can't be answered from the
list, give them a call.
