I wanna go back , back to Philmont.....)
I just decided to join the Council contingent, for my third trip.
I know that they are strict on the blood pressure for Advisors, but I
have never seen any requirements.
Can somebody tell me what is the max allowable for a 52 year old male.
I’m in decent shape (I've been better<G>) 6’, 190 lbs and losing.....
Down from 213 lbs in February.
I’ve been walking and dieting and my BP is looking better all the
time, but before I spend the money, I thought I’d better ask the pro’s.
Are there any supplements that will help bring it down? I am taking
the 81mg aspirin every morning.
Thanks in advance.
