[Philmont]: Tooth of Time Trader - ROC Jacket

Does anyone have additional knowledge over that listed on the ToTT web
page about the ROC jacket - Cotton $70.00?? The picture is not too clear
on what the design looks like. Is this ROC related to the Philmont
summer ROCS program or is it just similar names? Thanks for any
information. - Sheila Brown
