Thanks for al the reply's

My blood pressure is not quite up to the mild hypertension numbers, but I am
a little worried that it might be a little higher when I get to Philmont.

I don't see any reason why it would get over 150/95. but I have seen it that
high, before I started working to lower it.
If I am over 135/85, will I have to be on meds to hit the trail?

This will be my third trip to Philmont, so I shouldn't be to excited...
I didn't notice any elevated levels last time at the health lodge.

Still looking for advice on what I can do to lower it...

Thanks all
Jimmie
