Jimmie,
I know I have something that will be effective for you. I'm a physical
therapist by profession, and still practice, and also have my own business
with a food science company. I was so impressed with the results of my
family and the results of others that I became an independent distributor.
A bonus we got was in the way of prevention for my husband. His father and
grandfather both had bypass surgeries as well as the complications that come
prior to the surgery. He has no symptoms of heart disease at all!
e-mail me back if you would like further information. We have a 30 day
money back guarantee so you really have nothing to lose and everything to
gain.

Warm regards,
Vickie Reid

Thanks for al the reply's

My blood pressure is not quite up to the mild hypertension numbers, but I am

a little worried that it might be a little higher when I get to Philmont.

I don't see any reason why it would get over 150/95. but I have seen it that

high, before I started working to lower it.
If I am over 135/85, will I have to be on meds to hit the trail?

This will be my third trip to Philmont, so I shouldn't be to excited...
I didn't notice any elevated levels last time at the health lodge.

Still looking for advice on what I can do to lower it...

Thanks all
Jimmie
