See your Doctor!
With all due respect to you and the others on the list, this is *really*
something that you should discuss with your personal physician! There
are folks (MD's on the list) who could tell you things that might work.
But your doctor can give you advice specific to you. Your doctor can
also suggest whether or not you should take medication as a prophylactic
to prevent problems at your medical recheck.
Everyone is different, and long distance prescriptions can be dangerous.
