Others have given you the idea of how it works, but just to add to
Jason's comments, our crews hated it. I suspect that if we were using
it with younger crews who were used to it, then they wouldn't have
rebelled so much. We found it easier to place our slowest walker in
the front and just slow down to match his pace.
