Actually, this is not accurate. It should read "for most parts of
the country, you can find it..." Here in So. Cal., you can only
get it by special order. I've seen it used maybe on one building
project in the five years or so since I've heard of this stuff, we
just don't seem to find the need around here. We are in a
desert, after all :-). Because of this, builder scraps is an
option that is not open to us here in So. Cal.
