[Philmont]: Valle Vidal

Two Questions about Valle Vidal

1. Since Valle Vidal is not "Philmont' property - assuming the National
Forest Service does not have a fire ban - can treks have fires in the Valle?

2. Has anyone hiked from Dean Cutoff to Rich Cabins via Pueblano/Wilson
Mesa? I would like to know how difficult it would to pick up the Pueblano
program and then hike to Rich Cabins. I have heard wonderful things about
Wilson Mesa but had burros my previous trek.
