[Philmont]: Meals

In looking at the meals, I note some of the breakfasts include granola or
dry cereal (see #2, 3 and 5, for example). Are these to be eaten dry, or
does Philmont also supply powdered milk? What do you do with these meals,
add water, Gatorade, powdered milk or eat the cereal dry?

We have a prep this weekend and we will be simulating Philmeals and I wanted
to get as close as possible.
