I don't think I've seen anyone suggest that you turn this into a learning
opportunity.
Set up a meeting with the tardy Scouts and work through the how the when and
why
your in this spot.
There is an important lesson to be learned here and you shouldn't miss the
opportunity,
and neither should your Scouts.
