[philmont] Eagle Scout

Sorry, I forgot reply and reply all both result in messages sent to the
entire list resulting in what I had scheduled as a private message to be
sent to the entire list. For some reason I assumed this was a Scouts-L
message and not Philmont. I will be more careful in the future.
