[philmont] Mt. Phillips Side Hike

Our crew has 2007 Trek 13 with a new route days 7-10 from Black Mountain to Red Hills to Cyphers Mine to 'Cito. We side hike to Mt Phillips on the day 8 which is our Red Hills destination. Any advice on this route and the Mt. Phillips side hike?
