[philmont] Crew rope

Please note that the Philmont fly set up (see sketch here: http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/philmont-philfly2.png ) requires a 40 foot (and 50' would be fine) and TWO twenty-five foot side sections. Virtually all the Philmont issued flys come with the side guys already attached. It is worth practicing this setup before heading to Cimarron. Practice in the wind and the rain if you can.
