[philmont] tents

we took 6 alpsmountaineering taurus 2 aluminum pole tents last summer.
good tents, great price--they are our troop "high adventure only" tents
now. and alpsmountaineering stands behind its gear--corner stake loop
stitching pulled out on 1 tent 3rd day on the trail. we repaired it
with dental floss for rest of trek. on return, i called
alpsmountaineering and asked for a permanent repair. they replaced the
entire tent.
