[philmont] Why go to Philmont?

The document that has been discussed is now up on the philmontforum...

It is a MS Publisher document. As such, you MUST have MS Publisher to open it. If anyone does have Publisher and can convert the file to either a .pdf or .doc file, I'll put that on the forum, too...
