  As I understand it, Campmor will offer the scout discount on any non-sale item.
   
  Also, if you have an Academy Sports nearby, they sell a hiking pant, zip-off, Magellan brand, for 19.99. The only drawback is there is no zipper at the bottom, so you have to take off your boots to unzip and remove the legs.
