[philmont] odd number of participants

That did not work for our Venture Crew in 2006. Luckily, that Venturer's dad was one of the adults, so they tented together. A simple solution, but made him feel like the odd man out.

  Philmont will allow a boy under 18 years of age to tent with a boy over 18 if both are registered as Venturer Scouts. This worked for us in 2005.
