Dave--

You've gotten a lot of good advice and some good comments. I'll just add
this-- "Heck yes! Bring it!"

I'll second the caution about wear and tear on the trail, though. And Dr.
Bob's suggestion about bringing strings is right on the money. (He's also
right that the musical culture at the Ranch is a bit different than it was
in the 80's or '90's, but it's still there.)
