[philmont] Back at the Ranch - Staff Mailing Address

For all of you mailing letters or packages to your favorite staff
members the addressing of the mail has changed this year. My staff
members got this message yesterday. If your going through Ponil say hi to Thomas (enjoy the cantina show) or if visiting Clarks Fork say hi to Jessica. I'll be making my second visit to the ranch Sunday evening or Monday morning. Jim, I will do my best to look you up this time.

The following items have been identified by the early arriving Staff as information they wish they had. Please take a few minutes and make yourself aware of each item.

* The US Post Office will not allow you to put the entire address
for forwarded mail. Please use the following format when asking the
Post Office to forward mail to you hear at Philmont:

Staff Member Name
47 Caballo Rd. #________
Cimarron, NM 87714

The #________ needs to be a 3-5 letter abbreviation of your
staff department.

Examples might include: Ranger=RAN, Dining Hall=DH, Tooth of
Time Traders=TOOT, Conservation=CON, Cimarroncito=Cito, Sawmill=SAW,
Philmont Training Center=PTC, etc.
