[philmont] Cimarron cam

I believe that's a staff tent at basecamp. Some sort of director must live
there. Check with the staff, I'm sure they can speculate as to whose tent it
might be.
 (I've been watching this webcam for 5 years and never seen such a thing at
the High School, nice catch. Thanks for saving it.)
