[philmont] 2008 Philmont Trail Menu

I received two documents from Pat Adams today breaking down the 2008
Philmont trail menu. They are posted on the philmontforum.com website -

Philmont is still putting together 4 breakfasts, so the documents are
incomplete at the moment. I'll update the philmontforum site with complete
documents when they are available.
