[philmont] Mounting Maps

I used a CLIP frame from MIchaels, included a color copy of our "LIFE" with a felt bull, camp patches, PHilmont 2007 patch, Duty to God patch, Mt Philips and Tooth of Time patches. LIsted entire crew names on the back. The other adult advisor (a navy captain) took right to work to display in his office.
