Is there any official requirement of what can or cannot be worn as a camp shoe? Are tevas and flip flops allowed in camp? I know they are NOT on the trail

(said with a grin and a smile and a dose of John's wit and wisdon, more wit than wisdom)
Scout motto, be prepared. You get prepared first by reading, then by observing, then by doing.
Read the book. Do your homework.
CAMP SHOES it says CAMP SHOES
Just like it says underware, it does not say a thong.
It says Bandaids, not Scotch tape
It says a pack, not a laundry bag
It says tent, not a tarp
It says sleeping bag, not a miracle fabric comforter
Do I need go on and on and on.
Think about it people, just simply think about it.
And no you don't need a pair of Mickey Mouse house slippers on the trail either.
