[philmont] Bowl full of Jell-O

Last summer, my son was borrowing my Crocs every time we hit camp and he wanted to take off his wet boots.
He had a pair of converse canvas shoes for his camp shoes but preferred the crocs.
Since we had the same shoe size, we shared. I did not like his converse sneakers for camp shoes.

Seriously, next time I am getting 2 pairs of trail runners getting my ankles conditioned and wear one pair on the trial and use the other.
we did 2 days in Big Bend and our Scoutmaster had a pair and did fine.

That's my can of worms that I opened and I like it

First comment from me, ever!

Why Crocs?

1. protection for feet, I find them far better than swim shoes (rubber) against sharp rocks.
2. provide air circulation for swollen sore feet,
3. provide arch support,
4. roomy for those of us with tripple E width feet! good for those of us who really must get out of boots at the end of the day,
5. lightweight (key)
6. perfect for those who go barefoot frequently,
7. good for those who wear them normally.
8. finally, can get them wet any time and will dry lightening fast.

I like crocs! ($25) in most malls...assorted colors to match your outfit! (joking people!--please laugh)
