Both my mom and my daughter are moving this weekend. Of course I'm up to the gazoo in packing them up adn helping out.
However, we took a little breather at 5PM today and the whole family went to Larrys French Market and Cajun Restaurant to eat some boilde crawfish and dance a little to live Cajun music.
It would take me a long time to 'splain it all to non Cajuns, but it's the weekend adn it's crawfish season, shat more can I say? It's a way of life.
As is often the case when in town visiting in laws, Wade Phillips and his wife were there.
Just for the record, I asked Wade if he wished that he had Jerry Rice.
Here is his answer "we don't need him" and then he grinned and went back to eating crawfish.
Wade is a graduate of Port Neches high school right down the road and his wife is from this area also.
I just thought I'd pass that tidbit of information along to those who thought it.
Anything else I can do for you?
John LeBlanc
