[philmont] Wilderness First Aid

The good news, it is good for 3 years. I took it last year, and I felt like
I did get a litle out of it, however, i would have thought for the length
and cost of it, I would have come away with more, like actually setting a
splint, or using a Sam Splint, or any other number of things that we did
not cover. We seemed to spend an inordinate amount of time with role playing
and "diagnosing" as opposed to fixing nine serious problems that may occur,
But, that's just my opinion.
