[philmont] 7 Hours of Trail Service

How many crews are performing the 7 hours of trail
service for the 50 Mile award before going to
Philmont?

A nice crew ceremony after the last campfire is to
give the boys their Philmont Arrowhead and the 50 Mile
award.
