[philmont] Cell Phone Coveraage - Verizon Wireless

Last Summer, my wife and I were both at Philmont, she had a Verizon phone
and I had an AT&T phone. My AT&T phone would work at base camp, but her
Verizon phone would not.

Perhaps the different cell phone companies have reached some agreement on
sharing a cell tower.
