[Philmont]: Fund raiser for Colorado Springs troops

With the recent discussion of vans, transportation, etc., I wonder if any
Colorado Springs or other Troops in the area have ever tried transpiration
as a fund raiser. I haven't been paying much attention to the costs being
quoted (we drove ourselves from Kentucky), but it seems like they could
make some money. Of course, it would be the adults doing the fundraising
(unless there were some over 18 scouters who would drive.)

Might even work better if there were some churches that already have vans.

Just a thought.
