Guys,

       Thorns, Roses and Buds is a great concept. On our trek it was a
little awkward the first couple of days, but after that it was a great tool
to get things working in the Crew. We now use that same program in our
Troop's High Adventure Crews. Don't mess with success, just capitalize on
it.
