I have just set up a Philmont Information web page at
http://troop99packmen.homestead.com/files/philmont.htm

In it I have included Travel and Touring information. It contains the web
sites of bus companies, tourist sites in Colorado Springs and Canion City,
Philmont links and equipment supplier links.
I have also included a picture of a dining fly set up the way taught by our
ranger and a page on shipping stoves to and from Philmont with a quote from
the policy letter handed out in 2002.
I wanted to also quote the Cell Phone guidelines that were handed out at the
leaders meeting and briefed by Mark Anderson. When I find my slip of paper
containing this information I will add it.
This site came out of a need to supply our council contingent with the
information we used last year.
If anyone has a good link they would like to see added please email the url
to me at mailto:rcenci@twcny.rr.com
I hope this helps someone in planning their trip.
