My first thought is: The trek is for the boys. They deserve the most
experienced advisors they can get. If you have more advisors than slots,
let the boys choose if the advisors can't work it out among themselves.
But my thoughts on this are mixed. Interesting question

What is the best way to say to a parent who wants to go , but is not as
active in the troop as others . Should parents who have attended before not
be able to go before those who haven't? Any other comments?
