In Chas.'s area, Scouts have to pay $250 to attend OA

For others, according to the Philmont material, the OA
Trail Crew fee is $100 in 2003 and $125 in 2004.
The program lasts 14 days. Participants spend half their
time building trails and the other half on a trek. 2003
arrival dates include June 8, June 15, June 22, June 29,
July 6, July 13, July 20, July 27 and August 3.
