Right on schedule -- November 1, first (well, maybe not) equipment
question posted for next year!

Welcome, Mark! You'll be able to refuel every 3 or 4 days, when you get
to a commissary to make a food pick up. We carried 2 Whisperlites per
crew, and 3 bottles of fuel -- 2x 16 oz, 1x32 oz, if I remember right.
That was plenty.

As a "new guy", I will be picking your brains for info periodically. I
need
input on your favorite backpacking stove. I currently have a Peak 1 Apex
but
am looking to purchase another stove. Whisperlite, Dragonfly ? Also need
to know how much fuel to carry, best type of fuel bottles,
etc. Please fill me in. Thanks , Mark
