Ok, ok Julian. I wanted to have the updated Philmont Advisor's Guide out in September, but my job has been interfering with my scout work and things have become slightly delayed. I am, in fact, the final re-write based on this past summer's experience by multiple advisors. The Guide should be out mid Nov. My apologies to those like Julian who have requested a copy. Now if my boss could only ease off a bit.
