A feed store that packages its own feed. If you are not in the country, you
might have to travel a good bit. Look for a feed store with smaller silos
on the outside with a lot of pipes feeding out of the bottom.

The only place I know of that you can get them now. Another idea would be
to go to a VERY large fabric store that can get burlap as a fabric.
