Well, that is a good idea, however the only problem with lengthening
is age group of the unit, that might cause some age problems, but not much
different than an every other year elegibility.
True there are other high adventure camps, and Philmont can't handle
all troops in the US, which is actually a better thing. I do feel the phone
call in needs replaced with a fairer system.
