Which of course is not true. A single gender crew must have a minimum of
two adults, one of whom must be over the age of 21. Coed Venturing Crews
must have one male AND one female over the age of 21.
A crew cannot have more than four adults over the age of 21. There is no
limit on "adults" between the ages of 18 and 21 (scouts or venturers).
If a crew must split for "rescue party" purposes, one adult should be in
each group. If a "rescue party" must split, one part will no longer have
an adult.
