I'm the originator of the question which was intended to start conversation
on the following:
Does BSA's two deep leadership policy apply on treks at philmont and if so,
should you plan on having mutlitples of "2" adults, in case a situation
arises, and the group on a trek must separate?
I don't know if there is a correct answer. Obviously, you don't want to
fill a crew up with adults, but it is a dilema is it not if two deep
leadership is to be followed?
